This is the Liability Disclaimer for Trade Signals (TS). Please read these terms and conditions carefully in conjunction with the Risk Disclosure documents presented.

Limitation of Liability.

In no event will TS be liable for any damages including without limitation direct or indirect , special, incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with the use or the execution of the TS Currency Trading Signals

Furthermore, TS will not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even when TS, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

TS will also not be held liable for any actions of the client that may result in losses or loss of service whilst viewing or executing any transactions on the trading platform whether these actions are intentional or unintentional.
